Michael is a seasoned Interior Designer affiliated with the International Design Guild and CCA Global. After owning an IDG Designer Showroom in Boston, he now focuses on the South Florida market as a Design Consultant for Barnard's Carpet One & Home.
Sandy is a “go-to” person throughout the company. Her role spans a wide range of administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities, and she is known for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Her extensive knowledge of the company and its processes makes her a trusted resource. Her experience, calm demeanor, and willingness to help have made her an important part of the company for more than 16 years.
Design Consultant
With over 40 years of experience in the flooring industry, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect flooring for their homes. Originally from New York, he brings that unmistakable New York energy, straight talk, and work ethic to everything he does. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Phil understands the value of dedication, service, and treating people with respect. When he’s not helping customers, you can often find him riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. His generosity and easygoing personality make him not only a valued member of the team, but someone customers and coworkers genuinely enjoy being around.
Warehouse
Lester is a dependable member of our team who keeps our warehouse running smoothly. A key part of his role is carefully pulling and staging materials, loading installation trucks, and making sure the correct products, tools, and supplies are ready to go before crews head to the jobsite. With hands-on installation experience of his own, Lester understands what installers need in the field and the importance of having materials properly prepared and loaded. Lester is a baseball enthusiast, enjoys playing soccer, and can be found singing karaoke on the weekends.
